Dogfooding

Dogfooding is the practice of an organization using its own product. The idea is that if the product is good enough for customers, it should be good enough for the employees.

It serves as: 1. Quality Assurance: Employees find bugs before customers do. 2. Empathy Building: Employees understand the user frustrations. 3. Product Validation: Proves the utility of the tool.
