LTV

Customer Lifetime Value (LTV or CLV) is a prediction of the net profit attributed to the entire future relationship with a customer.

Formula: (Average Revenue Per Account x Gross Margin) / Churn Rate.

LTV is crucial for determining how much you can afford to spend to acquire a customer (CAC). If LTV is lower than CAC, the business model is unsustainable.
