Onboarding

Onboarding is the process of integrating a new employee, customer, or user into an organization or product.

In SaaS, User Onboarding is critical. It is the bridge between "signing up" and "first value". Poor onboarding is the leading cause of early churn. A good onboarding experience educates the user and guides them to the "Aha!" moment as quickly as possible.
