Word of Mouth

Word of mouth marketing (WOMM) is when a consumer's interest in a company's product or service is reflected in their daily dialogues. Essentially, it is free advertising triggered by customer experiences—and usually, something that goes beyond what they expected.

In the connected B2B world, WOM travels fast via Slack communities, Twitter, and LinkedIn. It is driven by delighting customers and having a product that is truly "remark-able" (worthy of remark).
